This building exemplified a recent trend in Missouri to consolidate state agencies that provide public services. The facility includes offices, a medical clinic, a dental clinic, conference rooms, a beautiful reception area, and even a convenience store. This Design-Build- Lease project and the accompanying 500-space parking lot were constructed in less than one year after only a few months of design. After the lease ended for the State of Missouri, Veteran’s United took over the space and Prost Builders renovated the building specifically for the incoming business. A small basketball court, outdoor patio, grilling space, mind-body relaxation studio, yoga and Pilates class spaces, an indoor walking track around the entire building’s perimeter, game rooms, training rooms, and arcade area are amenities that Prost Builders constructed for Veteran’s United’s approach to enhancing their employee’s work experience.

The Park Hills Office Building was constructed by Prost Builders in Park Hills, Missouri, and is the Department of Social Services Resource Center for Children’s and Family Services. The State of Missouri offices leasing the building are DCF, DCS, DFC, DHS, and OCFS social services available to Park Hills residents and surrounding areas.

Prost Builders constructed the American Building for various businesses as a design-build-lease. The facility is located at 3349 American Avenue and provides ample parking in the front and back for customers and clients. The current tenants are St. Mary’s Sleep Center, Roger W. Owens, DC, Chiropractor, Kilgore’s Respiratory Center, and other various private offices.
